Ingredients
Frank's Red Hot Original Sauce2/3cup
Butter4tablespoons
Chicken wingettes (or whole wings)1.5pounds
Panko bread crumbs1/2cup
Garlic powder1/2teaspoon
Flour1/2 cup
Cayenne pepper1/2teaspoon

Instructions

1. Combine the flour, 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper and 1/2 tsp. garlic powder. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and remove skin (if desired). Dredge each wing in the flour mixture and put all the flour coated wings in a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit in the fridge for 1 hour. 2. Preheat oven to 375. Melt 4 TBSP. butter in a bowl. Combine butter with 2/3 cup Frank's Red Hot Sauce. Dip each wing in the butter/sauce mixture and them roll in panko bread crumbs. Bake wings on a wire baking rack placed on a cookie sheet. Line the cookie sheet with aluminum foil because it makes clean up easier. Bake for 20 minutes, turn and drizzle a little more butter/hot sauce (if needed). Bake for another 20 minutes on the second side. If you want the flavor to be milder, you can omit the cayenne pepper from the flour mixture step. If you want them to be spicier, you can use Frank's Buffalo Sauce.
