Blend all ingredients in a food processor (Not necessary unless you need to blend up whole Cumin). Keeps for 4 weeks in refrigerator. 1/2 cup mayo weighs 4 oz. 1/3 cup yogurt weighs 3 oz. Chipotle chilis are smoked, dried jalapeos. Use one chipotle chili in adobe sauce, plus 1 teaspoon sauce (too hot!!!) or use 1 tablespoon La Victoria mild diced green chilis, or try slicing up a fresh chili pepper of desired hotness. Try 1/2 teaspoon Penzey's Adobo Seasoning in place of cumin, dill, and garlic. (Adobo Seasoning: onion, garlic, black pepper, Mexican oregano, cumin, cayenne pepper.) Try all yogurt, no mayo (not tried yet).
