Dip Cod filets in egg dip (1 egg, plus 1 TBSP water). Lay in bread crumbs, sprinkling Oregano and Seasoned pepper (or any other spices desired) on top uncrumbed side. Proceed to coat all sides with bread crumbs. Place in dish prepared with Olive Oil, sprinkle tops with Parmesan, then brush or drizzle top of each filet with Olive Oil. Bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes, or until flakey. Cooking time will be determined by thickness of filets. Check filets with a fork for doneness. Filets are done when they flake apart easily.
