Ingredients
Butter1/2cup
Heavy cream1/2cup
Parmesan cheese, grated3/4 cup or 2.6 ozgrated
Salt1/2teaspoon
Pepper1dash
Parsley, fresh1sprig

Instructions

Heat butter and heavy whipping cream in 10 inch skillet over medium heat, stirring frequently, until butter is melted and mixture starts to bubble. Reduce heat to low, simmer 6 minutes, stirring frequently, until slightly thickened. Remove from heat; stir in cheese, salt and pepper. Top dish with fresh parsley. Makes 4 servings. Note: Try leaving out salt if using salted butter.
