Add first 5 ingredients (omitting Sweet & Sour sauce!) and add to pork. Marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Heat oil in frying pan, and sear/brown pork tenderloin for about 5-6 minutes, turning as needed. Save used marinade to sauce pan, and heat to 165 degrees so that it may be used to baste the tenderloin as it bakes. Bake in oven for 18-25 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. During last few minutes of baking, baste with Sweet & Sour Sauce and allow to carmelize. After removing from oven, let stand 10 minutes before slicing. May try tenderloin on BBQ.
