Instructions

Cut stew meat into 1 inch cubes and cover all sides with flour. Brown in olive oil over medium heat. Cover with water. Add salt, pepper, chopped onion and crushed garlic. Cover and simmer for two hours until liquid thickens and meat is tender. Recipe makes 2 dinners.
