Prosciutto50 gramscubes
Butter3 1/2tablespoons
Lean ground beef1/2pound
White wine1/2cup
Petite diced canned tomatoes2small cans
Tomato paste1teaspoon
Bouillon powder1cube
Milk1/2cup
Water1/2cup

Instructions

1. Cook prosciutto in butter for a couple of minutes 2. Add vegetables, cook a couple of minutes 3. Add wine, cook for a few minutes (boil out the alcohol) 4. Add ground beef 5. Add diced tomatoes 6. Combine heaping teaspoon of tomato paste in a half cup of water, stir 7. Add water/tomato paste to pot 8. Add bouillon 9. Cover and cook for 3 hours on low heat (simmer), stirring occasionally 10. Add milk and salt to taste 11. Cover and cook for another hour, stirring occasionally
